Premiere San Francisco & Los Angeles vocal coach, Raz Kennedy, presents The Online Drop-In Vocal Lab, a 4 week group class, focused on cultivating healthy vocal practices and training for high-caliber vocal delivery in any performance setting. This 90-minute Drop-In Class offers an open forum which provides an opportunity for singers to explore the full range of vocal topics, from effective vocal techniques to practical tools that enhance compelling storytelling in singing. Raz Kennedy will lead participants to break down and examine the repertoire of their choosing, offering personalized strategies to improve their overall technical approach, problem solve and correct vocal inconsistencies and develop their song interpretation skills.There is no prerequisite needed to enroll in this course. Instead, each singer is invited to come and explore a range of solutions which can address their most urgent vocal challenges. All matters of vocal concerns are welcomed and will be addressed.Additionally, Raz will share practical methods to provide relief to the voice when discrepancies occur in performance and offer appropriate solutions to eliminate constrictions and quickly re-center the voice when off point. The community setting of the class provides a vibrant and supportive space for singers to experiment with different perspectives of looking at vocal mechanics. Insights from this class will serve as an invaluable tool for singers who wish to deliver strong, expressive vocal performances that captivate their audience and, at the same time, implement safe technique.
