Pierce Street Jazz Presents Teodross Avery at La Sierra University

Pierce Street Jazz at La Sierra University will feature award-winning saxophonist Teodross Avery in concert on Wednesday, May 16 at 7 p.m. at Troesh Conference Center. Joining him is Henry Franklin, bass, Theo Saunders, piano, and Ramon Banda, drums.

Mr. Avery holds a doctorate in jazz studies from the University of Southern California and a degree from the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He has won multiple awards and worked with Aretha Franklin, Ramsey Lewis, Cyrus Chestnut, Lauryn Hill and many other famous acts. Admission is free.
