Her influences include Astrud Gilberto, Elis Regina and Gal Costa. Cleo is backed by some of Phoenix’s finest veteran musicians with a repertoire consisting of Brazilian Bossa Nova classics as well as some obscure musical gems in the Brazilian styles of Choro and Samba.
