Mexican vocalist Aida Cuevas is considered the "Queen of Ranchera Music" She's received 8 Grammy nominations along her career, and has won a Grammy and Latin Grammy for her work in the regional Mexican genre. Aida Cuevas became the first female singer in the traditional mariachi genre to win a Grammy. Her unique voice and style has allowed her to cultivate a successful career for over four decades, being awarded gold and platinum records and performing in some of the best stages around the world.

Performing with a large ensemble of Berklee students, the concert will feature popular ranchero music such as "El Pastor," "México en la Piel" and "Bésame Mucho" arranged by Berklee students. The concert is being produced by faculty member Oscar Stagnaro and Dean of Professional Writing and Music Technology Division Matthew Nicholl....
