About

We're very pleased to kick off the 2017-2018 quarterly Dot Jazz events at Peabody Hall in the Parish of All Saints with area veteran guitarist Gerry Beaudoin.

7-string guitarist Beaudoin was inspired in his youth by the chordal sensibilities of Bucky Pizzarelli and the bluesy swing of Kenny Burrell, and has spent a career performing & recording with everyone from Pizzarelli to blues guitarist Ronnie Earl to J. Geils Band namesake Jay Geils to newgrass mandolin innovator David Grisman. These days he's focused on playing acoustic jazz classics and originals with his trio featuring his son Gerard Beaudoin III on vibraphone and, for this show, Neil Patton on bass.
