Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Gisele Duque started her singing career at the age of 12, performing at restaurants, private parties, and weddings. She spent this time hoping and eager for something bigger. When this hope came to fruition, it took her on a tour through China, Hong Kong and Macau. The culmination of this tour saw her living at sea, performing for Celebrity Cruise Lines and bringing her music to over 13 different countries.

Duque’s all-embracing style has been influenced by the multitude of styles and languages she’s been exposed to, ranging from bossa nova and samba to soul and rock n’ roll. LIVE at the Eldorado
LIVE at the Eldorado is a series of concerts presented at the Historic Eldorado Ballroom in Houston’s Third Ward in an attempt to recapture the energy that resided in the building long ago. To help PRH in this aim, all proceeds will go towards the restoration of the building.
