Clarke Rigsby of Tempest Recording has acquired a reputation amongst his peers for being “musically militant.” If you've been lucky enough to work with Clarke you probably know what this means. Today, technology often overshadows or masks true musical talent, and although Clarke can “fix it in the mix,” he'd rather slap your hand and make you do it right the first time. Clarke combines his technical savvy and musical talent with his engineering and production experience giving his clients the appropriate combination for producing a first rate project.

Clarke has worked with such artists as Paul McCartney, Glen Campbell, David Grisman, The Four Tops, Rex Allen, Peter Erskine, Brownie McGee, Tommy Tedesco, Tower of Power, Chuck Marohnic and the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra. Clarke and writing partner Kevin Stoller won an Emmy for their work on the PBS special, “Wildflowers.” In addition Clarke has been involved with projects for HBO, CBS and NBC and also received a BMI award for his work on Burt Reynolds' series Evening Shade.
