Central Jersey Jazz Festival

The Central Jersey Jazz Festival is a result of an unprecedented collaborative partnership of three New Jersey County seats- Flemington, New Brunswick and Somerville, working in concert, to produce the largest outdoor musical event of its kind in the area.

In 2013, the five year old Somerville Jazz Festival and the New Brunswick Jazz Project, came together and created the first Central Jersey Jazz Festival. In 2014, the Festival expanded beyond Somerset and Middlesex Counties to include Flemington. This free, three day concert is a one-of-a-kind destination event that features acclaimed musicians from across the jazz spectrum and draws more than 10,000 visitors from the three New Jersey counties involved, and from throughout the tri-state and mid-Atlantic region and showcases the best of Central Jersey
