About

Habaka Kay Foster Jackson is an international jazz singer whose family has been involved in jazz performance for generations: her father was Melvin Jackson, legendary saxophonist for B.B. King, the King of the Blues. Ms. Foster is joined by Italian keyboard artist Donato Cuzzato, who plays both classical organ and jazz piano, and has a rare gift as an improviser in jazz and blues. Together, they offer an exciting program of American standards by George Gershwin and Hoagy Carmichael, as well as new music by contemporary European artists.
